Hello everybody, My paypal account added bank but there is a limit withdraw to $500/month. Today, I use epassporte vcc from gift account to add to confirm paypal, but paypal has been denied that vcc. Please someone give me an answer? Thanks
Because I transfer to gift account too few money ($2), after paypal charge fees, my balance will be $0.04, but epassporte minimum balance is $1, thus the transaction has been denied. Today, I transfer to addition more $3, and success to add to paypal, however, I login to epassporte to check expand code, but epassporte does not show any codes, only text: PAYPAL INC Does epassporte accept to add to paypal, but no code?
