PR1 Webmaster forum for sale

    Hi,

    I would like to sell a PR1 webmaster forum. (Link in my sig)
    It runs on VB which will not be included in the sale as I have not owned the licence for 12 months. I will however convert the forum over to SMF if the buyer wishes to do so.

    It has a total of 2,697 members and to be honest the forum only has around 20 active members.

    Since it has been online it has made around $35 through AdSense.
    It could be a nice little forum for someone who has the time to promote it and get it up and running.

    Below are some stats for the site. As you can see it is growing every month.

    Domain and host is through Name Cheap.
    I will only accept payment via Pay Pal.

    Just to remind everyone that I cannot let the forum go with the VBulletin licence. If you have your own copy of VB, then great, if not I will help convert it over to SMF forum software if required.

    Have you build the membership with this forum or did you buy the members database and plug it in? I am just wondering how real are the users?

    The forum was a new start up project. I then bought an established webmaster forum, and merged the users with the forum you see today.
    It does get new members signing up almost daily.
    However, the active user base is low.
    It is getting a steady amount of traffic building monthly - as you can see from the screen shots above.

    A bit new to this. Since you are not selling the license. What is the estimated additional cost one can expect besides the cost one pays you. Any maintenance cost, or hosting or domain cost etc..Can you plz answer?

    If you want a VB licence the cost is $180 for a owned licence.
    Domain and hosting for the site cost me $50 a year through name cheap.

    Remember that I will help convert the forum over to SMF free forum software if required.
