We can see bing.com have many sponsors ads.

Wondering if Bing.com have ads program like Google AdSense to share earn revenues?

If yes, where to apply the Bing's ads program.

    Thanks

As far as I can tell, I don't think Bing.com has a similar program. I looked at their main page, and didn't see anything. I may be wrong though.

Behnam1123 is right. Till now there is no ads program like Adsense by Microsoft.

Because Bing.com is part of Microsoft, all the ads that are displayed on their search engine are paid by advertisers via Microsoft adCenter : https://adcenter.microsoft.com/

Microsoft does have Microsoft Adcentre, as similar to adsense. But I am surprised why do their serp pages do not yet show sponsored listings?
People are talking about their 'Advt. for publishers' program and not their own advt. spending budget!
