    So I have some novice questions here... First off, what is better PR1 or PR10? Websitegrader.com shows my web site at PR3, and I was impressed with that. I haven't done too much work yet. Does anyone have any good SEO tips or web sites that are similar to websitegrader? Thanks.

    PR10 is the highest, while PR1 is ALMOST the lowest (there is PR0).
