Hello friends; I'm doing some investing with HYIPs and discovered later that I need a prepaid card accepting PP, AP, LR and PM for funding and ATM cash withdrawing, now I'm planing to order one, I would be much appreciate infos from anyone tried honest, solid and reasonable fee% and price.

What is the PM ? Payonner have an ach service which is a virtual US bank account that can be used to fund the card using Paypal. However this service seems to be in beta stage with invitation only
PM stands for PerfectMoney, still not meet my desires, I'm looking for a prepaid card which can be funded and withdrawal using PayPal, AlertPay, LibertyReserve or PerfectMoney, I know some of.. but not that much solid or trusted, it would be great if I got the infos for any from someone is using card... thanks a lot Master and appreciate your reply.
Hi, I'm brand new here. I found a thread when I was looking up "paypal" things with google. So if this is over the top....sorry I certainly hope you do not go through what I have with good ole paypal and a (very good) pre-paid card I have had for some time and use it online to keep my regular card(s) off-line. This has been an ongoing situation since July of 2007 (hum seems PP has a thing about July?) and dozens of emails to PP. I'll give you the readers digest version........ After about a year of good transactions with both PP and eBay I got my first (where it began) email.... Email off to them about the matter......... After swapping emails they shut off my acct. Said it was my (pre-paid) banks fault....So started the "Catch-22" After a year they did re-install me partially (what benevolence) so I could use pre-paid CC for payment TO someone else but I still could not send my funds To MY bank. (you see a pre-paid CC is a "debit" card, and has a checking "routing" number and account number like a checking acct.) Of course I told them this does not help me if I should have more ebay sales to transfer my funds to my bank. they didn't care they would get there's anyway. In light of our wonderful econemy in USA I thought I'd try again to "reason" with them....they started blaming my bank again..... So anyway here's the last email I sent to them just tonight Oh yeah this first...............I wish I had a quarter for all these I've recieved from them from the same email address but different female name So anyway NOW here's the last email I sent to them just tonight Dear Doris, (if that is your name. (epihany) hell maybe Obama will make ME President/CEO of Paypal/eBAY since I don't know what it is you do except tell good, ligitimate folks "there'a been a glitch and it's obviously not PAYPAL'S/EBAY'S fault" and since we here at Paypal/eBAY only care about the eBAY stores that move a lot of merch (and there's nothing wrong with the big ebay stores...good ole American capitalism at work) but they way PAYPAL/EBAY coddles them and not help incubate the small "wanna-a-bees".
