Can somone recommend a commenting service?

I have used 4 commenting service , none of them commented to relevant blogs and most of them didn't get approved (or were never actually posted)

Can someone recommend to me a good service I can count on?

Thanks for the advice. I needed it. i have hired like 4 people with no results. They send me a long report and comments pertaining to my site are not see anywhere.

I am also looking for a highly relevant service.
