I Hate Paypal - Come Inside If You Only Hate Paypal

I had a similar problem with paypal and tried a service called deposit paypal and had my money transfer to me via moneybrooker. It did cost a fee but it was not a 180 day wait.

Hey look everyone! If you follow the rules everything works out.

I have done $5k deals at Paypal no problems. If you actually bother to read their TOS and provide the info they request there are no serious problems. For those with limited accounts I suggest you follow their guidelines instead of bitching and moaning.

Paypal is just trying to look out for their members as fraud is rampant. Their system could easily be abused if they aren't diligent. The policies they enact are for the protection of their member base and of course their own.

Paypal doesn't steal money. They make more than enough without trying to get $60 from a member.

I personally never believe these stories as they are completely one-sided.

lol..thats terrible than what i've my experienced.. you really have to hate them for that.

 

I have had minor problems with paypal, one being a chargeback. But because i had proof of postage i was refunded ( after a lot of work ) through Royal Mail. Paypal didn't want to know and said there was nothing they can do. I also never let my Paypal balance go above 500GBP, once it gets close i withdraw funds straight away.

 

Ya many honest transactions is getting missed out now a days.

 

One thing I hate paypal is: The payment charge. They charge a lot

 

I'm becoming annoyed with Paypal. I've been trying to lift my limits by validating my Social Security Number, and my debit card. I have my SSN right in front of me and they say it's wrong. I have my statement and the Paypal number and they say it's wrong. I think they purposely avoid somebody trying to lift the limit.

I saw this thread and thought I'd give my two pennies worth as I also hate paypal.

When is a bank not a bank - when it's paypal.
Who will give anybody a grant - paypal.

Unfortunately, a lot of people seem to use paypal as a free money machine, either by denying taking delivery of ebay or other items, or by simply selling non-existent items and shipping empty boxes that do get signed for. In my opinion paypal needs some serious regulation. Down with payapl!

 

I was scammed $90...and lost form trying to get my money back. And I had hard evidence; proof. HATE PAYPAL.

I know that's not what OP meant, I'm mocking their grammar. What annoys me more than bad grammar is when people state things such as "11st" (elevenst..wtf?).

Why do you have five? At most you're only supposed to have two(one personal and one premier/business).
And really, what use is five when you can add email addresses anyway,

Did you open a business account or was it a personal account? I'm not sure but I don't know it they have a limiting transaction amount for their business accounts. Not that I'm an advocate for this company (I lost $400.00 on a charge back ruling and lost my LLLL.com collection as well!.) I've also heard on the tele that a lot of people utilizing the ebay platform have also been stuck in a similar situation to yours where paypal freezes or slows down transactions involving large sums of money, I guess as nuisance value to the vendor.

This really pisses me off as well.

I was sent a few hundred dollars from this guy i never knew (we did business). I turned out he used an hacked paypal. All of a sudden my PayPal was limited.

I got very pissed. I followed the guide and eventually unlocked it. But the point is they don't see where the problem came from and just locked me out.

 

Hate PayPal, but have to use it as there is no real alternative
