Hey guys, I'm new here, but everybody seems like a smart bunch.

I have a large active client list that I want to e-mail a list of our fall specials, what programs/services do you use to do mass mailing?

I'm leaning towards Constant Contact, but I was wondering if anybody could recommend anything better?

    Thanks in advanced

We have a 100,000 e-mails (people who agreed to be contacted by us), but we'll probably start out with only 10,000 e-mail test runs for our creatives.

Why not just create a Mailing list in cPanel and use that? :D

whohw.. thats a nice huge list!

With a list like that you should get a professional solution, its worth it.. email Labs has a good rep.

I would also go with a professional solution. If you're going for repeat hits, you need something respectable that doesn't look like spam. I would do a test with 5000 though. Just to be on the safe side.

If I were you I'd go with even less than that - you might want to write 3 different versions of whatever you're sending out, send them out to 1 or 2 thousand emails each, and monitor which one gets the best response. Then send that one out to the rest of your list.

I use StreamSend.com. Pretty decent pricing and good reporting on views, click-throughs, etc.

    For 100K e-mails/month it costs $79.95/month.

    Good luck!
