Problem: Quality of backlinks are low. Site is new. Posts make no sense whatsoever - weren't make by a native English speaker. Solution: Get quality backlinks from related sites. Wait at least a year. Hire someone who can speak English to write your posts - or redo the posts in your native language.

Though "make money online" is a competitive keyword you should work more by updating and adding content on your site regularly and you have to build more quality backlinks than your competitors then only it is possible to come first in google serp's. You have low quality backlinks , you need backlinks from sites that are related to your site and that have a quality content. It doesn't matter the quantity, Focus in the quality. I think you need a search engine optimization report , It's a report that tell you what exactly you have to do to get to the top 10 in google. Duplicate content may be a issue. but if content is not duplicate then you need quality links not just some low value links. Try to get Relevant sites link.
You need to make a new set of keyword selection. You're targeting very competitive keywords. "Make money online" for example is way tooooo competitive. Choose specific keywords that still have good search volume.

Well, this is very a general question. It could be answer by a single line or even a huge paragraph. In my observation, the problem could be is the keywords you are targeting. Start with long-tailed ones, they bring good amount of visitors, it is also easy to target. So work harder on that thing
It is not easy work to get visitors from search engine, you should focus some important keywords that can give good number of traffic. if you will do some directory submission, article submission and quality link exchange then that will also get some ranking in google. initially, you should target some less competitive keywords, when you get ranking in top 5 in google SERPs then there is better chances to get ranking.
