    @ koronko- It can happen man. The alexa rank shown on our browser can be slow to update.... Besides. thats not a very huge jump... The problem is if he is getting 25 visitors a day his alexa rank should be much higher. One of my site which does not even get 2 visitors a day hasa better rank!!! But that depends on who visit your site. Dont judge a site unless it is in the top 100000 by its rank

    Yes, coolamazer is right, this sort of fluctuation in Alexa is pretty normal, it generally happens to the new sites. It takes certain time to update Alexa ranking, so Alexa ranking is high though traffic is 25 unique visitors per day.
