there are 117 comments under the video and most of them say that it works. once I experienced astral unconsciously so I tried this video by hoping it would work all I felt was tingling and something like drunkenness... by the comments under the video, the video uploader and also some other people say some words like this and after some tries it would work if we concentrate exactly. maybe you can say that I affected from the comments and felt like that. but I read them after trying not to be affected I read so many about astral before and I know it is true... all I can say about this video is, the video won't put you in an astral projection but the concentration to the screen and the sound would help you to get ready for it easier...
