I don't understand how the site name has any relevance with it being a directory. Maybe if you but some sort of slogan like "Great places to get good steals" or something. Otherwise I would never think it is a directory.

I'd consider revising :Thief World Directory. A Creation Of Rocker and his men which invokes beautiful and healthy creations around the globe in one place. This directory is organized and promises to provide the best and the best available in the lot." You want the surfer who stops buy the site to be instantly grabbed by it and want to read and explore the website
Though I can clearly see that this is a directory on entering, its difficult to appreciate how the word thief associates with it. Everything else appears excellent though a logo may help further.
