It would be much more eyecatching if you had a more distinguished them. Is it a health website for bodybuilders I'm guessing? Maybe you should have a logo. You can get one around here for less than $10. I would say all in all the text looks very good, but nothing that would make many users return.
Hi there. I would suggesting adding a description of the site at the top right column, the sorts of articles readers will find on your blog and how often they can expect new postings. Draw them in with a sense of what is original to the blog, Whatever is original-- you want to focus on in the description and have a good strong logo that reflects that uniqueness. Best
My opinion on your site is that you should probably design a logo for it soon if you want it to take off. Otherwise, content is interesting and should not be a problem. Its wordpress correct? Have you got sitemaps sorted out yet? I've noticed its not in your blog's robots.txt Hope this helps.
You need some custom elements not just a free template with some content if you want to really attract returning visitors. Its alright to use this template (that i have seen 1000s of times before) but make it your own.
