Oracleweb is right, there are still no many ads. Putting categories on the side helps navigation into different posts. You might like to put up a latest posts widget too. I would think putting up an alexa rank badge at this point is also meaningless at such an early stage. I've noticed you've got alot of tabs for adding to feed and bookmark readers at the bottom, how about using just one such as "share this" and moving it up to the top right hand of your sidebar?
Oracleweb is definitely correct. The ads are extremely cluttered and overwhelming. I didn't even read the content or know what the site was about in the first 10 seconds. You will have a 99.99% bounce rate. Also you can see that the green in the "About Me" and in the stetson advertisement are closely related and provides clashingggg. Your header advertisement banner looks like a pirates treasure map, and more like an advertisement than something that has to do with what ever it is your site is about (i left before reading.)
