My Blog used to get like 300 + UV and 1000 + page impressions and 70% of the traffic is from google but from 2 weeks im getting very low traffic i.e, 50+ UV and about 200 page impressions and now also im getting like 50% visitors from google..what could be the reason?

Have you checked to see if maybe the search engines are indexing your site less? Have they dropped the number of pages indexed? Lowered your ranking?

Is your blog new? If so, this usually happens with new sites.
Other thing you can do is log into Google Webmaster Tools to see if everything is working fine.
    and submit a sitemap.

It's also summer and people are away from their computers in July.

I'm hoping you are right about summer/July. I've seen a subtle drop of about 10% in traffic in the past few weeks.

Have you stopped or slowed down the frequency of new posts? Sometimes if you stop updating a blog Google will tend either deindex some pages or your rankings will fall a little bit.

There are a number of things that could cause this to happen. Can you post any more information about your blog?

Are your keywords seasonal? Or targetted towards members in a particular country?

That could be one reason for the fall in traffic.

sometimes if you site is new and you keep adding new content then it rides high for a few month, but as soon as you stop adding new stuff it drops fast, new sites seems to get some priority in serps

Maybe, you have lost some good ranking keywords position in search engine results. Maybe, your competitor have beaten your site or your backlink value drops. You don't have any penalty as your PR is unchanged.

Try to monitor your targeted keywords using firefox plugin rank checker or similiar tools. Put more weight on origin of traffic as well.
