Major difference between blogspot and wordpress is that Wordpress is more target towards Niche websites and in most cases it's better if you know what your doing, though i'm sure if you look around in the other threads you'll find yourself a torrent of information as to which would be suitable for you

being that i own a targeted traffic company, I would like to point out the benefits of targeted traffic. Organic traffic such as the traffic i sell helps bring people that are interested in particular blogs, whatever the topic may be and gives them something interesting to read. After you have traffic coming to ur site if u just keep posting good content, then the traffic will keep coming!
