What is call centre? How to start this business?

Well,

I am totally unknown about this business.I want to know answer of these questions.

What is call centre?
How does this make money?
From where do we get the projects?
What is the minimum investment needed to be done?

Please answer these.I don't have any plan to start this but my friends might be interested.

The best way to start any business is to know the industry you want to work in.

If your friend doesn't even know what a call center is (!), then they are not going to be suitable to work in that industry.

The other questions are impossible to answer without a lot more information about what sort of call center you are setting up, where, which client base, number of agents etc etc etc.

 

A Call Center is the phone-in support center. Usually it is a dedicated company which handles phone in support for a number of other companies' customers.

You basically have to see which company bid for call center services then you submit your bid for running it for them. When you are awarded the contract, you get what you bid for. Then you use that money to finance your business for that customer.

To get to know in the in and out of the business, it is best that you work in a call center for at least a few years, hopefully experiencing the knowledge needed from the bottom up.

 

there are lots of institutes offering online training for call center you or your friends should take those classes first

Call Centre is the place where you can answer the general pubic questions and also you have to sell the things by making domestic and international call.it's i nice and leadind job in the youth.

 

u cant start business these way, u need to study any business, call center is basically providing incoming call and outgoing call providing services on behalf of third party.

 

Well this kind of business are the ones who take care of the incoming calls of a company which will provide answers to the customers question

A college student in my city started a call center that now makes 25 million per year. As said, you need to find companies that need this kind of service. You would need office space, computers, software to handle the calls, internet/phone service, and workers.

A good idea is to do this as an online business. I used a call center for my dating affiliate with great success. I just ran it as a work at home position, and paid my workers hourly.

Please don't, judging by your grasp of the English language, you're the annoying kind of person I seem to get whenever having to deal with a call centre.

 

Work in a call centre for sometime understand what they do. Its basically a support job where you need to answer queries of the customers.

 

If you do it the blackhat way, you won't need a lot of money. Have them work from home, and instead of going after regular call center contracts, use your workers to ewhore!

 

There is really no point starting a business if you don't know what it's about. Totally wrong idea
