    Hi Guys..
I had just uploaded a new website, but because of no optimization work , website uploaded has a lot of flaws ..
    like dynamic url...
    no proper tags...
and those uploaded pages has been cached by google..
Now i want to change URL's of my all website..
    so what should i do??
Should i change URl, by doing redirection of pages...
or should i remove pages from Webmaster tool...
Some of those pages have also got PR...
if i will redirect those pages, will PR value be transferred??
what will be the better way???

Yes, you will automatically get PR of those old pages to the new pages. Same like what happened with live <> bing ;)

If you would like to remove web pages from google search results, you can do it with google webmaster tool's url removal options. But you should keep in mind some important points. These are as follows:
    1. Google give url removing option to remove url in just few days and you will not get any value from these urls in future. If these web pages have some seo values then your web pages values will washout.
    2. If your web pages have some seo values then you should put 301 redirection on this and get seo values at your new urls.
    3. If your website is dynamic and there are some dynamic urls then you should put permanent redirection and create one error page to manage for error. if you remove these urls from your website interlinking and navigation then these will automatically remove. You should put canonical tag at each and every dynamic page with meta tags and these canonical tag should be managed dynamically by CMS. You will be able to manage content duplication issue in your website.
    4. PR value will transfer only in 301 redirection case.

Remove all the pages from WMT.

Google takes few days to process your request.

Later upload again a fresh copy.

You also can redirect all the old URL's to new one's.

Just redirect old URL to new one by 301 redirection.
make proper sitemap so you will automatically get solution about dynamic pages. and create proper meta tag for new pages.
