[WTH] quick HTML / javascript job

Hi Guys,

I wrote a widget. For that widget, I have a page on one of my sites that show the code that the user needs to insert on their website to get the widget. I would like someone to write a form with some javascript code that dynamically change the code to depending on the options that the user select. The javascript code should also update the code of an "add widget to blogger" button. It's easy to do but I don't have any time to take care of that. So, I'll pay $5 for someone to do that for me.
