Edit some code on my site... easy job for someone who knows PHP

    I would like a quote to change a few things on my site. www.web-rocket.com
    I curently use whmcs and it allows me to go in and add news/Latest
    Announcements. You can see this here.
    http://www.web-rocket.com/whmcs/index.php I would like that information to
    populate the box News & Events on the index page. I will also need a
    seperate quote for changing the Customer Testimonial box on the index
    page. I need to be able to edit it and I want it to be dynamic. I was
    thinking of some kind of file where I can add users testimonils.
