I agree to mori and I suppose xtendmedia needs to improve their support. I have to mail 2-3 times for any support and only then I get their reply after 2-3 days.

That is bad, I'm glad I did not try them.

So far all I seen is bad reputation on XtendMedia.

You're welcome to think that and that just leaves more money for us real publishers. You know, the one's who actually get out there and try these companies before commenting on them. They've even come to this forum and registered specifically to answer this complaint, which by their account was missing paperwork.

I've seen nothing but good things about xtendmedia on other forums but some people vent their anger in less constructive ways, like this thread.

But from what I see people are complaining about the support response, which doesn't man anything good about the company. Lets say you have a problem with your account and you never receive a response or it takes 2 weeks to receive a response, that's a sign of bad service.

Also what I have just noticed is that they use that crappy Right Media control panel, which totally sucks.

Indeed they have a very strange system...

bidvertiser.com use the same software and its crap you can not find paypal option you must send an invoice to get paid. Hello you can get all the data out of your system.. Do you have to do it manually or something?

    Hi Guys,

We always respond to every application, whether it is accepted or rejected.

We review each site before we send our final answer if the site meets our specifications (We have many premium Advertisers and we are committed to deliver only qualitative traffic).

    Possible reasons for rejection:
    • Site content – We can’t accept any site which contains inappropriate/illegal content (such as Adult, Bittorent etc).
    • Site size - We demand minimum delivery amount.

    Guys,

Our support team is very responsive and answer all of your question within max 48 hours (usually within the same day, except weekends).
I checked out the complaints above and so far I found anything wrong with our support work.
If anyone has any issue he wants to discuss - he should just communicate those issues with us and I have no doubt that he will receive the most satisfying explanation.

You are all welcome to contact me personally at : , MSN:m_naama2@hotmail.com
Blaming us about our service without checking the issues directly with us is just not in place.
I understand that you have many questions and inquiries but we are here to give you the answers

I also understand that it is a little trouble to send an invoice each month but unfortunately these are the finance rules here, as we have to show these invoices to our Tax Authorities
However. We are currently working on a tech solution where our publishers won't need to send invoices anymore.
In addition, We want to help you and make things easier for you. you can always ask our support team (network@xtendmedia.com) to assist you in generating reports etc.
