    I am still buying quality web sites and I am expanding outside of the tech niche to do it. I am looking for static sites with quality content, along with some PageRank and some earnings.

    Thanks man, but due to time constraints I am being forced to severely limit my purchases of sites that are pre-PR and pre-revenue. :eek:

    I really need to focus on sites that have revenue or PR right now.
