Are ebooks still a profitable business?

Hi everyone.

Im wondering if selling ebooks are still a good business?
Dont worry about content, but I'd like to know if it worth to spend a couple houndred $ on adwords to sell the book.

Where's the best place to sell it? Clickbank? e-Junkie?
What are the best niches to sell?

You must search for yourself to
find a niche, where you can serve
people and provide them with a service.

Yup, as long as you sell it right. People are always willing to pay for knowledge.

 

Heh, Niche websites are quite possibly the best options when it comes to generating revenue quickly, one of the best ways to look up a great niche is to have a look see at Google Trends, you can quite possibly find a niche that's still waiting to be hooked on to

 

I think the answer is Yes. I believe people are willing to pay for information. If not, the bookstores would have closed down by now.

 

If your ebook is solving peoples problems or giving them answer to things they wanted to know, then yes it's profitable. Market it smartly and you should profit nicely. Market Samurai is a great niche research tool btw for nailing down profitable niches.

Ebooks will be in my opinion more popular than ever with gadgets like kindle, people will b emore inclined to purchase ebooks

 

Ebooks are still one of the best and most profitable methods of earning revenue, there is never a lack of people who want more information based on interests, try to locate niche's that are still being discovered something that the people will find more suitable for themselves

 

The answer is YES.

 

I bought an e-book site a few years back. Complete with everything (articles, blog, etc)... It was hardly worth the money spent...

Then last year I decided to write my own on the global crisis. This has been completely different and well worth the time spent on it. I've sold around 1300 copies to date so I can't complain. I guess it all depends on your niche, on your promotion, your marketing, etc.....

Oh and I use e-junkie which works like a charm!

If you know how to play your cards right. You can make a hefty sum from ebooks.

Clickbank is still a good place to sell. I hardly sell there though, too lazy to get professional sales pages made and such. And I usually sell money making methods, so I sell limited copies. Heck when i try just on DigitalPoint I can make around $1000+ in a night from selling an ebook.

 

Hmmm, Quick question though, is it worth the time to have an Ebook Ghost Written?

 

It depends on the niche that you are aiming for, or perhaps you could just decide and write a book about niche marketing blogs?

Of course ebooks are still very very profitable. What is clickbank all about? millions and millions a month spent on ebooks from clickbank.
