Had a look at their site and couldn't see anywhere to sign up for a merchant account, just looks like a Western Union alternative

But my biggest question is who's gonna pay me without paypal? maximum 5% what i ll do with rest of 95%? If everyone doesn't switch together then there is no other option than paypal.

A lot depends on where / how you're selling I suppose, the majority of the sites listed here don't require an account for the buyer, so really it's just a credit card gateway.

I'll recommend moneymakers. In some countries you can also use western union.

I use alertpay and on big ticket priced sales amounts and they have came through all the way. Fine with high risk sites as well and worth setting up.

    Hi all,

I have used Nochex for some time and have always found them to be very fair. One very good thing about them above paypal is that when somebody pays you the money IS yours and the payer MUST negotiate with you for refunds etc. Also I have found the customer service to be excellent with the account manager actually being an account manager that you always get to speak to and who knows your account.

I would recommend Nochex to any business who does not want to spend a monthly amount on a PDQ machine but who needs to accept credit cards online.

Moneybookers, alertpay and google checkout, 2co, plimus are alternatives to paypal but if u r in freelancing then u r out of luck because ppl use paypal and not all clients switch to other payment gateway for buying ur service.
