48 hours passed, still no change of my banner URL. Forums showing empty spaces instead of my banner.

 

I was interested in this, but your experience seems to be having it's ups and downs and now I am wondering if it's worth the hassle?? Would be nice to see a review after your full ad term, or if anyone else has had a similar experience?

 

any chance this guy can give a review as i'm assuming he is a happy customer? Or anyone, as you seem to have alot of advertisers yet no reviews...

 

We have been very busy, the underpost advert is not as easy to add/change as it needs to be added to around 30 templates. Instead of one system like the banner advert.

You asked for a banner to be changed which was not our fault why you needed to change so it will be done but please hold for it, it should be added later tonight, and as we do not usualy change banners half way through we are doing it as a favour.

Here's the stat that I gathered. I made own subdomain and awstats account for the very own banner stat. And let me reminds you that your result may be vary by the banner and website's design. And I'm not trying to give you guys any decisive answers here.

I chose the '3 banners rotation program under the first post'. That's 33.3% exposure. smfnew.com uses their own template system to add my banner and I'm guessing they're directly linking my banner, and IF this statement is true then my banner is shown about 1500+ times a day. They do have many forums, because I see the huge list of referrers. I embed unique URL within the flash banner so that if anyone clicks it I can track it. I tested this myself and so far I got about 50 clicks. It's been about 10 days.

Even though the most impressions were made in non-English forum, English-speaking regions are the majority; US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and so on. My website's traffic were mostly from the US, and it stayed that way, which is always a plus. Let's see if it stays that way.

For comparison, I have spent 1/8th of the cost ($5) on other website but with half (50%) of the result with more pleasant experience (had no complain even though I changed my banner about 3 times). To be fair, showing your banner on the active forums instead of just anywhere is a plus, and I haven't finished my 30 days term so I can't say anything for sure. If anything dramatically changes, I'll post it again.
