Advertising "thesiteoftheday" I think your site should be the "poster boy" so to say and set the example for these sites. Also, the neon text in the header does nothing for me.
Hi, Overall I like the design and the concept. Few ideas: 1) I would now while soliciting comments on DP fill in your blank text, coming soon etc.... ..... will show here etc. This would make it much easier to comment. For me I need to grasp your message in 2 seconds or gone. Right now I have to think so it makes it harder to judge the site. Just use a friends site or let me know and I will fill out your form with a site of mine. 2) Color scheme is nice however I am a bit concerned about the light gray on white. I would either increase the font size or go darker(this would be better). Again just to make reading/scanning easier. The white on blue text is fine.
Thanks a lot for the feedback. I changed the font color to a darker gray almost black, the links to a darker blue and increased the font size to 11.5px. I am going to fill add a site as well, but would still appreciate if you submit yours . EDIT: Done
Remove the pagebreak underneath the site of the day. Im assuming the sites of the previous days will continue to flow down the left side of the page?
Hi again, I just submitted our eye wear site to you. Comments on the form. As you type in the form the font is tiny , needs to be larger and black. Same with the message after you submit the form. I checked my email and did not receive anything after posting.

Hi, The idea is kinda cool, I liked it, however the background colors seems to hide your text just a bit a bit. IMHO Best, Larry
I think you have to improve more the design and make it a little bit attractive. However, the content of the site is great. It makes the administrators interesting. A challenge for them.
Well to be honest the concept is not that new . As many have already said that your header (logo) is not that good , perhaps a better font should do the trick *try dafont.com Also this page http://thesiteoftheday.net/advertising-on-thesiteoftheday-net/ is broken , you might want to fix that if you wish to have partners.
