It depends on your target market, is it solely for the US market or around the world? It would be better to post ads on different online classifieds that you are selling. But first be sure you have 3-4 customers testimonials (real customers) who bought products to attest you are genuine and not a scammer. You know people nowadays will be skeptical to buy something especially from a new website. Just a thought:)

Please try to sell the computers to the new established internet cafe.
They needs a lot of computers . You must be able to offer very competitive price to win their orders .

Ebay would be a good place to start. And after ebay, there is Amazon.

well for a start you need to be professional and i'm not getting that from you at all.

secondly your use of the term "black hat" is a bit concerning. What do you mean by this? Purely black hat SEO? It's not a good way to build a business is it? Thankfully your saving grace is your "whatever it takes" attitude. I suggest going down the SEO route and getting links from relevant sites. Also set up an eBay store and use as many means as selling as you can.

Lastly, ensure your website is good. It might sound obvious but get your site checked by professionals and do consumer testing. Pick up on areas that are weak and strengthen them.

Yeah it depends on your prices, but try Craigslist or Ebay.
You market them in bulk on Craigslist and give a better price.

Like for a business to buy a few.

I'll reemphasize on what's being said above, though there are various other aspects that you can consider as well, if the laptops were purchased say in BULK and the prices are that good, you could look into getting your setup based on DropShipping and further setting up your entire setup as WHOLESALE, and as stated above the best thing that you can do is to setup an account with E-bay as well as craiglist, that always makes things alot more easier.

Yeah you can join craigslist and post ads about what you
are aiming. And its also a good idea if you sell your computers to internet cafe's who
    are wiling to buy PCs...

Tron2k Try to see if you can do some sales to overseas third world countries where your PC prices will be suitable for the local market, in most cases you can even wind up sending REfurbished as well as Rehashed computers and furthmore even added hardware like second hand hard drives ram kits etc =]
