    its either you hire someone to code it for you or learn to slice and code it yourself..i doubt someone will help you on this.

    I will slice and code for $20. If it is quite a complicated design may cost a little more, upto about $30.

    I can very highly recommend Naif for PSD to HTML/CSS work - he coded a complicated design for me and did a fantastic job. Very very impressed with his work.

    Best to hire someone if you don't know what you're doing (or don't want to learn).

    You'll end up slicing out to tables, which is bad, bad, bad.

    Hire someone who can take your PSD to a very clean CSS format.
