i would suggest making the background color for the navigation bar (not talking about the buttons) to dark grey instead of white. it's hurting the eyes.
I don't think getting a domain ending in the word website was the best idea, but it doesn't look bad, nice job
The white text on black is hard on the eyes. Maybe tone it down a bit. Try something between #eeeeee and @dddddd.
