    A professional hosting company would register their domain under their organization thus they will not need to WHOIS protect or guard it. I'm taking just a normal well-known site for example,

    See for yourself. Its registered as an organization. So it doesnt need pety methods to hide the information.

    Bro you know me! I have never said such thing! MY username is Shirus on neocpanel, and the guy who have deal with him is a new Operator!
    I would never know that he would use such language! that's why i have remove him as Support Operator now for threating our customers like this!

    Yea! once again it is not my fault if my Staff has reply this client like this! I was ready to give Flex his backup but unfortunately he has given me a bad itrader :(

I really suggest you give his back up back after all of this you still disagree maybe you should give it back to him other wise everyone will just repeat this in every one of your threads i guess but if you gave his back up back back, Im guessing he would leave it?

    Like I said in one of my earlier post, neocpanel is just showing themselves up as a company with badly trained staff too. And by admitting you have hired an incompetant staff member your just showing your whole entire organization system is plain rubbish.
    Next time you decide to hire a staff member and he's a trainee; do remember to train them and educate them before putting them in action, otherwise do it yourself.

    Another thing I realized is that neocpanel is informing their clients to post positive feedbacks about them.
    This is not the way to defend yourself or increase your reputation. The best thing you should do is revamp everything.

    i have a open pay pal claim with them also for 9$ i dont care about the money just making them have to wait for it
    i put ina claim cause my hosting went down the next day never came back up
    when i put the claim in Shirus sent me a email saying id go to hell for putting a claim in on them lol
    the kid is like 12 just dont buy his hosting cheap lesson

    OffshoreGuy has officially taken over neocpanel, clients of neocpanel will be emailed and the ones who would like to be moved with us will be granted an extra month on top of their old payment in neocpanel.

    We got the new node ready and sorted - so its currently a matter of migrating the accounts of the people who would like to continue a no BS service with us :)

    There are many positive reviews out there about offshoreguy ;)
