    They are awesome. All my tickets were answered within 15 minutes, seriously! They are that fast, and the staff periodically checks up on your server which is nice.

    I use wiredtree and their support is superb! I migrated to the manage hybrid server. Go get a VPS account, you won't go wrong with them...!

    I've heard lots of good reviews of WiredTree and I've spoken with their reps several times in the past. One thing I can tell you is their customer support is just fabulous!

    I'm also with wiredtree for a little over a month now...

    One thing I can say is that you cannot find ANY solid complaint about wiredtree on any forum.
    However, it's not exactly perfect. The tickets are read quick but you do run into some low level support that tries to run around your problem until you get hold of the 'big guys'.
    Uptime cannot be compared to other shared hosting packages. But it's not 100% either.

    Overall I guess it was a good choice, but I was a little disappointed of them after reading the same PERFECT reviews on every forum out there...

    They seem to be a good provider from what I have heard.
    I know a few guys that work there and they are pretty nice people over there.

    Though they have great reviews on all webmaster forums, I had an average experience with one of their sales rep lately that wasn't friendly at all, I decided not to sign up with them because I did not like the way he responded to my questions.
    Have no idea about the tech part.

    I have a dedicated server with Wiredtree and never looked back. Been there a year now and if and when i needed something done, it was done right away and the support is also very helpfull in making recomendations.

    Let me know if you are looking to sign up with them, i could maybe help you with space on my server if you dont need much
