I don't have such a habit nor I have ever seen anyone doing that. But I have heard about people who have such a habit. One of my neighbors used to speak as well while walking at night when he was a kid so it was a funny incident told by someone.
I also don't have this habit. Suggestion for people having this habit - Lock the door of your bedroom before sleeping. So that you won't disturb anyone else. - Digital -
No...I do not have such sleeping disorder or else I would have surely scared my children as well as my neighbors, if they see me walking alone in the middle of the night! Regards, RightMan
I don't do it but I've heard of it happening. Kind of wierd in my opinion. What I want to know is what makes the brain think that at any point while you are sleeping you would want to start walking? It's always deluded me.
i sometimes do it. nothing serious ever happened and usually i remain inside the house. once or twice i went outside into my yard and came back. talking while sleeping is another thing...
I like to take solitary walks late into the night if there are no people in the neighborhood. Walking can actually produce great ideas. This has been testified by many famous philosophers.
Are you talking about walking in middle of sleep or walking before sleep If you are asking about 2nd one then yes i go for night walk daily before sleep (after my dinner). DON.
