Best way to increase revenue amounts from advertising is to have your own advertisers. You should be able to set up your price for placing ads on your websites. For example, take a look at SmartPPC EVO software (smartppcevo.com) which allows to combine ads from advertisers with getting ads from ad networks and feeds.
In my opinion, there is no real decent alternative for adsense unless you have a large, high traffic website. For small, low key websites, it's very unlikely people will want to buy ad space on your site. And failing on that, nearly all other contextual ad networks (other than YPN and Microsoft), are pretty much useless.

All the ad networks have highs & lows! I'm looking for smth that will bring in return, not only from feeds, i want to have my own advertisers to exploit them) does anyone know such ad managment software?
