    And stiff competition too~!! :D it's like any of those medical keywords. Viagra, another one this is why emarketers turn to spamming email address's to push their affiliate links and adwords advertisers spending huge amounts of money to get their link on top of the sponsored results. These are tough keywords to work on in SEO and the only winners are those with big budgets. The best thing you could do is mine the long tail of similar words with google trends/insights and wordtracker sites. overture was good for this until they discontinued the service. :( I've since given up on a casino affiliate program because of this realization. This doesn't mean to stop tiring but you're got to realize the extent of the completion involved if your going to continue.

    Well you are focusing on very niche products. There are many players who will be willing to make you their affiliate.

    But let me tell you one thing, your site can get into pron site or even various merchants can consider your site to be pron.

    There are many websites that shows such content and that is the result.

    If possible also include content that are close to this topics. Let say you can include impotence, FSD-female sexual dysfunction. They all go hand in hand.

    So try to do so, it will help you. There are many good merchants providing affiliate programs on above topics with branded products.

    So you can select that. IF you want to know one such example, we do cater to these and many other treatment categories.

    Also many other merchants are also there you can search on search engine for that.
