What WP theme does this site use?

    I am going to build a WP blog and came across the following site. I like the layout of the home page. Can anybody tell me what kind of theme/widgets/add-ons are used?

    @ bosshawk - just for future reference, you can usually find out what WP theme a site is using by looking at the location of the css file. Most themes have their name in the directory.

    e.g
    /wp-content/themes/arras-theme/css/styles/default.css
