Google rankings change so fast?

    Hi, I am just wondering if someone can explain why a goggle ranking can move so fast?

    For my main keywords I was coming up in position 3 on google.au and 7 on google.com that was only yesterday but now I am right back a few pages and the one page that was ranking very well I can't even find on google now?

    They tend to bounce around a bit. Its usually an indicator that either your site doesnt have a strong margin of dominance over its competition. Or, it can mean that the google data centers have conflicting opinions of the rankings.
