    1. Anyone offering a guaranteed several thousand hits to a YouTube video is misleading in my opinion. I say this because I used a similar service which guaranteed 10,000 hits. The hits didn't come and the video was pretty sad.

    2. After learning from that mistake I found a bunch of reputable video submission services. One I recently worked with was called OnlineVideoSubmission.com and the videos turned out pretty good and it's pretty affordable and I think I got my videos submitted to over 10 sites.
