    No freaking way, 7 days to rank for any keywords, seriously? Took me 7 months to get to top 10 for "free advertising". You can literallly build hundreds of backlinks and a day and still can't rank to top 10 for some of the keywords. Some people in the insurance industry are paying like $10k+ monthly just for link building, you can do it in $7 days?

    It's very competitive keyword and i don't think you can come at the top in 7 days. You can come in months and its depend on your high quality back link.

    I think no one can be sure to bring anykeyword on top one in a limited period. You can't be sure for anything in SEO. But following a good SEO technique you can bring your site under top 10

    It depends on keywords if your keywords are unique you can easily at the top but if they are common then you have to make lot of backlinks of your website to gain the landmark.

    ranking depends on lot of factors. The biggest factor is your website. If your website has a good rating in google, it can take 1 month to come in top 10. if your rating is not that good, it may take 3 months to come in top 10
