    I use to run a survey site and the payouts are too little to even worth doing. I don't run it no more but my experience was that people don't do enough to pass the payout threshold...

    The time it takes to do a survey is not worth the $$ you get from it. The best way to make money off of survey sites is to get other people to do them. (Affiliate)

    I think they work. But As guangvan said, it takes years before you can reach the payment threshold.

    The amount of time one needs to invest with respect to the earnings makes the whole process highly inefficient! :(

    Doing paid surveys is a criminal waste of time....in my opinion! :eek:

    I thought I was going to make big money years back when I was in college and joined about 20 of these paid surveys online websites and never made any money. At best, they would pay you with banana bucks or Marlboro miles and after a thousand surveys you could trade it in for a lighter or digital watch or some similar nonsense.

    I tried once and think it's wasting time and really boring. Not yet to say the testimonials of many that say most aren't serious with the payment promised.

    Some of the surveys are scams, but some of them are legitimate.If you want to join to legitimate site check the link in my description.You'll have to wait a month for your first payment and if you reach $100.

    Pretty good survey sites, been paid by all three of them. Yes they are really paying Alyen.

    I have a brief list of 35 or so paid survey sites at my blog: http://paid-survey-sites-that-pay.blogspot.com. I guarantee and vow by each one of those survey sites at my blog.

    The key to paid surveys is to sign up to as many legit survey sites so you can getting a constant influx of paid surveys.
