you can't do it directly, do a little research on their site for the recommended exchangers....there are only a handful that are trustworthy. How do you want it sent to you?

Do they even still exist? I haven't once been able to get through to their website, it's always down when I try.

There are some trusted exchangers out there, Liberty Reserve is the most popular payment method for my clients so I am always exchanging 2-6k ever week or so. Rates also seem to vary according to perceived risk -- about 2 months ago it was costing as much as 10% to exchange Liberty Reserve, now it is back down to about 3-5% and Perfect Money is at 8-10% due to their problems.

Nonetheless, other than Web Money which is mostly geared toward the Russian market, Liberty Reserve is the largest and most stable digital currency out there for the English speaking population.

I personally use Ebuygold Ltd. as a LR wholesaler -- but as the site says "do it at your own risk".

I found out that the only way to get at the LR website is via a US-based proxy. Apparently anybody in the Philippines is not good enough to be allowed access to the Liberty Reserve website. That's 90 million people including several billionaires, an obscenely rich plutocracy with private helicopters and multiple mansions and Maseratis and yachts, and a BMW-owning upper middle class almost a hundred thousand strong. Who the heck would do business with a payment processor retarded enough to block out all of that?
