    I also like the first one, but the guy is in a bad spot, maybe put him on the right where there is room... not sure.

    1st one looks better, but i suggest You to make the text more 3D, so it will look like that man is actually sitting there, not just randomly pasted in.. :) But yeah you really have some talent.. congrats..

    I like the first better but agree that the text needs more dimension to it. Make it look more 'alive' (for lack of better term) Nice job though!
