I never click on ads not only from my pc buy also anywhere from my country.
I work hard to establish my site 6 month. And Feb is my first earning month.
I had some reapiting clicks on 8-2-05. I inform it to google. and the result is here: on (11-2-05)

    ""Hello Hasan,

It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated on
the ads on your web pages. We have therefore disabled your Google

A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks on any ad(s), including
but not limited to clicks generated by a publisher on his own web
pages, clicks generated through the use of robots, automated clicking
tools, or any other deceptive software.

Practices such as these are in violation of the Google AdSense Terms

    Feel free to email who?
    What is a joke?

I don't think that Google will disable your account just because you contacted them, which is what you seem to imply.

    What is a "repeating" click?
    What was your CTR?

surfdude, hasan means that someone other than himself is clicking through his adsense ad more than once, to hike up the click costs. possibly/probably a competitor.

he is inviting people to e-mail google to protest and he regards it as a joke that google bans him after he brought this to their attention.

he is right, it is unfair.

I had once emailed them about false clicks and they did not take any action like you said. They just said, its invalid and thanks for notifying them etc etc.

I don't think that's fair to G00gl-e. I have ad-s-en-se on over 450 sites. I've had one or two occasions in the past when I inadvertently clicked on my own ads (!) A few months ago, my baby girl was playing with my mouse and accidentally clicked on an ad on one of my sites. I contacted G00gl-e right away and let them know what happened and they replied basically telling me to refrain from such behavior and they provided me with a link to the download page for their Preview Tool:

    https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=10005&topic=160

If they wanted to be evil, they could have just cancelled my account and written me an email like, "OK thanks for letting us know about your daughter. Your account has been terminated. Bye-bye!"

No, I think that their people go over lots of evidence before they make a decision to terminate an account. I cannot say for sure because I don't work for them and I don't know anyone who works there, but that's my opinion.

I'll never cheat but there is always the chance that someone could sabotage my account by generating too many suspicious clicks. But I have faith in their system's ability to find the real cheats and not victimize the innocent.

Heh. Don't get the wrong idea. I'm no superman. Some of my sites are deep and involved but the vast majority are either a) one page wonders or b) simple custom parked pages for domain names for sale.

WTF?? There is no victim there. They sent an email with Click Violation in the subject line and Google took the time to respond. It isn't their fault that the email came back Re:Click Violation

I believe there are a lot less "victims" than implied.

I am sure Google has a very good reason when they disable a publisher's account. The thing bothers me is they don't tell you exactly why.

I agree. I wish they would have sent me a warning, saying there is suspicious activity from x.x.x.x IP, who is doing xxxx -- instead of just canceling my account imeddiatly.

But they do send out warnings. I have received quite a few over the past year or so but I haven't been banned. Evidently they've drawn a line in the sand and if you cross that line then they are simply done with you.

I think a lot of people try to get smart and tell their friends/associates to click on their ads. Then when they get banned, they claim innocence because they can't see how anyone could have known that the clicks were fraudulent. I'm not saying that you fall into this category but I have read quite a few banned stories and I have come to the conclsion that most terminations are justified.

I dont think Google will do this act for just telling them you have got fraud clicks. As far as I know google team always encouraged reporting any noticable fraud clicks.

I have reported around 4-5 times in last 3 months. The deducted the fraud generated revenue and allowed me to keep my account. ( This was matter of 50-100 fraud clicks)

Hence I think there is something else that caused termination.
