If the site in any less then 1 year old, its normal for it to "float" around. You could go from page 2, to page 75 overnight. Do not expect steady rankings until your site is at least 6 months old. And even then, do not expect real stable rankings until the site is 8 - 12 months old.

For new sites there is not much you can do, except to build backlinks from quality sites, post original content.

I agree with the above mentioned posts. I created a site a week ago and its "floating" around in the SERPs. The other thing is, that even a site that a year or two old can move in the rankings based on changing PageRank values of pages sending inbound links as well as algorithmic changes.

The idea is to never stop obtaining backlinks and hope for less float the longer your site is around.

It usually happens with most sites, all i can say is keep on building new and fresh content and more backlinks.
Hopefully you will get your rankings back.

I think site pages de-indexed by google might because some pages have no traffics.

Correct me if I am wrong.

As many peoples here already know, the Google algo has been fine tuned daily. However, since the big update on Feb 09, the big change is going on at Google side and not finished yet. Backlinks and Pagerank update too frequently within the last 3 months period. I recommend you build up link at steady pace and from related sites. If possible I would recommend to consider submit your site to aged web directory even with a low PR. Ignore PR and focus on built up only quality links. :)

In order to get a stable position in SERPs, you will need to get some solid backlinks for your website. Try to get links naturally via adding lots of useful content in your site.
