    Im looking for a php coder to create a script for me its a train sort of site i dont want to give out alot of details because i dont want my idea stolen

    Most qualified painters should be bonded/insured, so that you aren't liable. But if they aren't.
    I would draw up a contract that simply states that. Good luck!
