I am officially the newest Spirit Walker here at DP. 1000 posts is not a piece of cake to pull off. I get stunned when I see folks with more than 6000 post. They must be some kind of zombies or something. It has been a long road for me to accomplish this. Though I don't have any reputations yet, but I hope those will come sooner or later. I try my best to give valuable advice here and avoid abusing anyone. Still no reputation yet I will continue giving my modest advice here and also learning in the process. Still have along way to go, but I hope to have 5000 post counts someday

Congratulations on the 1000 posts. It feels like I hit 1k posts just yesterday. You're already making good time on the post count, since you've just joined December 2008. Once you get your first blurb, people will rep you more. Just be polite and helpful and it will come.
It'll happen for you. Just stay legit and follow forum rules. Along the path there will be people who will be crappy to you for no reason, you will get infractions, and red reps... just keep chugging along and it'll happen. I received a retaliation negative iTrader (and recently an iTrader that is from a sale I never made.) If I let those things get to me, I wouldn't be here anymore. Actually, after receiving one of the negative iTraders, I actually stopped using DP for a long time because I had hurt feelings. I'm still here and the guy who gave me the negative is banned -- so it's just karma or something.
