thats look interesting, maybe its allowed if they use the design with adsense placement like that from 2007 (like copyright text at the bottom)
its very confusing and interesting, i dont think its not allowed , but i wonder , its differently on the Grey area
I feel that it's allowed. The blending of the content with Google Ads is perfect. Even Google says that for maximum earnings, one should see that the content blends well with adsense ads.
May be againt TOS. May be, the click not send them the really need visitor. But I am not sure. I only recommend it is not clear content and google ads.
Of course, its against adsense TOS. https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=136882
yes its against as you have to separate your site content and ads look diff! aka visitor have to identify ads and content. as this reply is from one of Google employer [from adsense team] for same Q by me!!
I think it is legal...but the problem is he might gets into trouble if someone go there and simply click all the ads by himself. Google might penalize the site for fraud clicks ...But it is certainly a nice site. I would like to click two ads there lol
you are against the tos you are using a image that is next to adsense ads. Also it is blended in and misleading that is also against the tos. The tos is there for your knowledge use it get familar with it before you are banned and if the site is against the tos you will be banned and you are heading for that. The reason I said its a MFA site what do you see when you go to your site the newspage has no content nothing but a few lines and 20 lines of adsense ads. I looked at your home page you cannot have your menu and google ads together like that you will be banned your site is against the TOS read it for your self you will know that it is headed to be banned.
To whoever saying it is legal, you are completely wrong.. Its clearly stated in this page by giving an example..
It is definitely against Google adsense TOS. I would take that right away before Big G finds it. As dimitri123 alluded to, that is a perfect example of what you not do.. Thanks Juliev
I think it is a case of over optimization and hence breaks the TOS. Here the visitor could not differentiate the ad from the content because there is too much blending and the visitor is cheated into clicking the ads...
Yea, thats right is allowed you can put like that because afterall we are helping the customers by giving them good results also we get revenue from Adsense.
