yes its important for traffic that what host you are using. Always use paid host for your sites. free hosts have lot of sites on them and their bandwidth is always limited.

Well, ya you need a good host if you really need a good site. :)
Because if the visitors see that site is not opening or if its down.. they won't visit it again.:)
So, use a good host like Hostgator.

It depends if your host has good uptime, if the free host you are using is not loading in other places, then yes, you can lose your visitors.

I agree with all of you. I'll just add that IMO you should only use a free web host if you are just starting out and want to do testing/get your feet wet. Then move on ASAP if you are serious.

You cant complaint this because it is free, you cant expect much from free hosting, my friend.
I always suggest paid hosting if you are really care about your website Nowadays the hosting fee is cheap.

I recently switched from one well known provider to another less known yet more stable. Some big web hosting providers are slow to fix issues in a fast manner. Some of them have a lot of downtime. My website would be down for 20-30 minutes almost every day. Now that I switched to another provider, my earnings seem to be going up.

Yes, you want a good paid host that has 99% up time.
