Does phy. server load affect VPS server load?

    Hi,

I'm running my site on a VPS. Sometime I saw the server load is about 0.20 (1 minute), but when I try top command or see running process in webmin, I found all process cpu usage is 0.00%.
    Why?

Does physical-server server load affect VPS server load?

It totally depends on how the server is virtualized. But if the hardware node is overloaded then it will affect the performance of each VMs (VPS). Generally this happens if your host oversell.

OK thanks :) However, the 0.20 server load is OK, isn't it? :D

yes 0.20 is a normal load and you should not worry about it.
