    Hi

    I want to make a picture blog, with pictures collected from the internet. I would also give a disclaimer that I don't own the pics !! ....Can I use AdSense in this way on this type of content.

    I think better you give short explanation or comment for each picture on your blog. Adsense will accept it.

    You must see that the images have cc license attributed. Make sure you do not have copyrighted pictures. Adult sites are frowned upon by google. So avoid adult pics

    as previously said your main two problems would be

    1) copyright issues of the images

    2) lack of content - unless you write some sort of review / description of each image
