Well. i've bought something and in the bill, i've found Item price : $11.09 USD Shipping & Handling via Standard International Flat Rate Shipping - US (includes any seller handling fees): -- Shipping Insurance (optional): $3.99 USD --------------------------------------- Total: $$15.08 USD So wt they mean by Shipping Insurance since it is free shipping ! and does insurance means, i will get that $3.99 back or it to means sure i deliver the pack save and not broken ! and wt if it was broken ! sorry for newbie question but i'm feeling i'm a manic of ebay lol it is very lovely thanks guys
UPS and other carriers offer insurance on packages. It basically insures the value of the shipment from getting lost or broken. You will not get the $3.99 back regardless of the package condition. If the package is lost or damaged, you can get back the value of the package. Generally it's not worth the cost unless it's for more expensive or very fragile items.
